Orders & Returns

To return your order within 45 days of purchase, first login and view your order history. Then find the order you would like to return and click the link to return the item.

All returns must adhere to Jeritek return policy which can be found here

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we do offer FREE RETURNS for products 45 days from the original purchase date. You can find our Return Policy Here. 

Jeritek initiates the refund after the return has arrived at our supplier’s warehouse fully processed. Generally, refunds will appear within 2-4 weeks. The exact time frame is dependent on the banking institution not on Jeritek.

Yes, you will receive a prepaid return label. Products must be returned within 45 days from the original purchase date and meet our return policy found here.

We do not reimburse shipping costs that are personally incurred by you for returns. Jeritek provides pre-paid shipping labels to use for returns.  

For the majority of returns, it takes about 5-8 Business Days from the beginning of the return request, issuing a return label, receiving your order back, inspecting it, and initiating the refund.

Depending on your credit card company & banking institution, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Shipping

Currently, Jeritek cannot guarantee discreet shipping.

Most orders 1-3 days. You will see an estimate of delivery during checkout.

We ship all orders by UPS.

We do not offer next-day services at this time.  

We currently do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

Payment Information

No. At this time Jeritek does not accept checks, cashier’s checks or money orders.

You can find a copy of your invoice in the order details section of your account. Simply click on the order details and you’ll see a button that says ‘Print Invoice’.

Yes. We charge sales tax in accordance with tax laws. You will have a chance to estimate tax on the cart page and see tax calculations during the checkout process.

General

No. We don’t sell any prescription drugs online. Any of the medication that we do sell is over-the-counter, which means it can be bought at a United States pharmacy without requiring a prescription from your doctor.

No. Currently, we have a ‘virtual’ catalog. We do not publish a print catalog.  

After you place an order, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link to review the products in your order(s).
